There were always manufacturers, who try to piggyback of the (possibly revolutionary) ideas of other companies. Case in point: Tiger Electronics' R-Zone came out the same year as the Virtual Boy.

Maaan... the writing they had in those games back then. :lol I remember that storyline too for the most parts. Gonna be a good trip.
Yea, but only because they never released that cable that was supposed to make it possible to hook up 8 Virtual Boys at once for Multiplayer madness... because, you know, it was a complete failure of a console.

Of course they put the Wario Land game on display for the Virtual Boy... it's by far the best game the system had to offer :lol
