    Batting average hurts most power hitters. I don't have Mark Reynolds' slightly below average .320 OBP, I have his under .200 BA to look forward to. This league doesn't favor power hitters at all. You don't appear to have a reliever to spare, and that's what I'd want.

    It is essentially the same charge, unless North Dakota has a really weird DUI law I've never heard of. Behind the wheel, keys in the ignition = presumption of driving or attempt to drive.
