    I do use it as a blu ray player. Not a regular dvd player cause the last time I put a regular dvd in it I heard it goin hard and was like noooooo and took it right out. But my room is always pretty cool so it is cool and it is in open air so it isn't concealed or being heated in a small area...

    Its the fat one. But I did unplug it and let it sit for bout an hour. It turned on correctly and did a system check and everything seems fine on it. Then I turned it off. I didn't wanna risk playing another game just yet. But it did turn on and was steady which was good.
