    Sad but true. Honestly, I was totally against this when it got announced, but I’m keeping an open mind. Hopefully they can get another crack at it next year with good weather. The mayor of Chicago was against it tho, so I’m not sure we will get to see a round two.

    Reportedly NASCAR has an agreement in place with the city of Chicago in case this happened, but I can’t find the details about it. If any of you have Twitter (I don’t) and can access Bob Pockrass’ tweets, I hear that he’s posted something about it.

    I really just don’t think the race is gonna happen. Just gonna have a 25 race regular season if I was guessing. I don’t think they can keep the streets shut down tomorrow.
