I've had issues with XBLA in the past as far as corrupted content and licensing that made certain games that I've purchased unplayable (and Microsoft's solution is to repurchase the content), which is minor when we're talking about some of the silly arcade titles I buy...
I think there were non-Cena related factors involved with this rating. It was a holiday, Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals in the NBA, and the premier of the much-hyped Hatfields & McCoys miniseries (which broke records).
But the WWE gives two fucks, and that's what matters. Randy Orton isn't just an employee, he's an investment. Much like an athlete on a professional sports team, the ownership wants to protect that investment as much as possible.
