  1. Changes to X Division... Useless or helpful?

Lets not fire the guy that has made TNA better than it's been in years just because they lost a bunch of talentless Knockouts.
  2. Fuji Reviews Wrestlemania 2

If there's an issue between Fralic and Perry, then the obvious match is Andre/Perry vs Studd/Fralic. Yeah, I didn't even seriously consider Blassie as Slick was brought in a few months later because Blassie couldn't even handle being a manager anymore. Getting in the ring with Andre and Perry...
  3. Fuji Reviews Wrestlemania 2

Oh, no, I meant removing the battle royal and just replacing it with Andre/Perry. All of the other matches I mentioned (Harts/Killer Bees, Tonga/Studd and Bruno/Sheik) would have been dark matches. That's why they'd be a special challenge. Something like a sumo match or something where...
  4. Fuji Reviews Wrestlemania 2

Time restraints wouldn't have been an issue as all of the matches I made up would just be dark matches. In theory, the dark matches are there in place of watching the other two location's portion of the show on closed circuit. As for Andre, some sort of special challenge against William 'The...
  5. Fuji Reviews Wrestlemania 2

Well, let's see if I can throw together some extra matches for complete house shows: (With each city getting four matches, we'll just focus on adding three matches per card) NY: Iron Mike Sharpe vs Steve Lombardi Dawn Marie vs Leilani Kai Bob Orton vs Tony Garea Chicago: Scott...
  6. Fuji Reviews Wrestlemania 2

Nope, there weren't any dark matches. Instead, the folks in Chicago were shown the matches from LA and New York on closed circuit TV. Same goes for the other two cities.
  7. This Day in Wrestling History

The Street Fight was easily the best Nation match. The tag match with Owen/Bulldog vs Mankind/Vader is severely underrated.
  8. Fuji Reviews Wrestlemania 2

Much like the original Wrestlemania, you have to judge WM 2 as a glorified house show. When you look at the show like that, it's not too bad. The two tag matches are pretty killer and the WWE did a great job of building up Bundy/Hogan. This was really just a feud they threw together at the last...
  9. Today in WWE History

To be fair, WCW in the Monday Night Wars wasn't very good. The Cruiserweights rarely had any actual angles, the main events virtually always ended in DQ when the nWo came in, the commentators refused to talk about anything except for the nWo, the nWo was a brilliant idea that ended up being...
  10. Today in WWE History

WCW had greatly improved in their final few months. Hell, they were actually using logic in their booking.
  11. WWE General Discussion Thread

Re: WWE Tidbits, Rumours & General Discussion Someone broke into Mama Masters' house? I haven't heard anything about that. All of the news is talking about how Masters threw a tree through his mom's window to save her from a fire.
  12. King James Presents: List It! - Top 10 WrestleManias!

Isn't XWT Classics a beautiful site?
  13. King James Presents: List It! - Top 10 WrestleManias!

Oh, well go check out Dream Team vs Bulldogs. Good stuff.
  14. King James Presents: List It! - Top 10 WrestleManias!

Which one? I named two.
  15. Today in WWE History

I still have the 2004 draft on tape in my basement. Looking back, the draft didn't do a whole lot: Smackdown's Additions Rene Dupree - Pushed for a few months before forgot about. Ended up being sent back to Raw a year later. Mark Jindrak - Pushed on Velocity and briefly on SD, fired a...
  16. King James Presents: List It! - Top 10 WrestleManias!

When it comes to Wrestlemania 2, I mostly just focus on JYD/Santana vs The Funks and Bulldogs vs Dream Team. Pretty enjoyable Mania if you just do that.
  17. King James Presents: List It! - Top 10 WrestleManias!

But WM 1 was a glorified house show. And to be honest, Wrestlemania 3 was the one that started the whole "Biggest supershow of the year" that Mania eventually became.
  18. King James Presents: List It! - Top 10 WrestleManias!

Give me Wrestlemania 3 or 5 to watch and I'm a happy guy.
  19. King James Presents: List It! - Top 10 WrestleManias!

Not having my two favorite Manias make for a sad me. :( Gah...WM 17 is so ungodly overrated. >_> Oh and feel better...
  20. King James Presents: List It! - Top 10 WrestleManias!

I thoroughly enjoyed Punk/Jericho, but they really failed to create a special moment. It felt like the fans didn't are about the entire first half of the match and everything about it was off. You were sandwiched between the HIAC and Rock/Cena and the build-up was lacking a lot.
