    @Chris that is an interesting question. I probably would have voted to raise it because I always research elections I can vote on before hand. So if I knew it was 2 already, I would have voted yes. If I was misinformed and DIDN'T know it was already limited, I would have voted no

    When Bush won the second time, he often made it seem like he would appoint judges who would uphold Roe V Wade.. he immediately did the opposite and said "Well. I'm pro life" He had nothing to lose in his second term
