I do t think him winning the WHC would be the worst tho, if anything it gives some more manufactured legitimacy to it bc they'd count it as the record and tout it just the same. That was the strategy with the universal too in a way tho

IMO Cody wins. Cena goes desperate for the rematch at Backlash. Loses again. He then sees the error of his ways. he fights Dwayne in Saudi and has the "one last shot" title match and wins it :shrug:
