Seems a very strong lineup involving a mix of UK and international indie talent.

Main Event: Cruiserweight Title Jushin Thunder Liger VS. Prince Devitt (Mark Rollerball Rocco at ringside).

British Heavyweight Title rematch: Colt Cabana (c) VS. Shai Samuels

Tag Team Titles: Project Ego VS. The Swords of Essex

Norm Dar VS. Hiromu Takahashi

Marty Scurll VS. MK Mckinnan

Dave Mastiff & Davey Boy Smith JR VS. Andy Boy Simmonz & Rampage Brown

Mark Haskins VS. El Ligero

The show is at the York Hall in Bethnal green a famous site for British wrestling over the years.

Cheapest tickets are £15. Anyone else think they might attend this?

Devitt/Liger might be some fun.

Yeah see that as a bit of a old school/new school dream match. Plus have never seen Liger is the flesh before so hope to attend this just for that.

Really enjoyable show last night in front of an enthusiastic crowd. The card was pretty consistent throughout with just a dip in the middle, and it was a varied lineup too.

Results:
Mark Haskins pinned El Ligero with a roll up following a destraction from an Ligero look a like.
The cheap finish was a shame as up til that point it had been a very crisp and lively mix of mat wrestling and high risk moves. ***

Swords of Essex defeated Project Ego to become the new tag champions.
This was a solid title bout which was mostly played for laughs but did get more serious towards the end. The highlight was when the crowd started chanting "Patrick Stewart" at a memeber of Project Ego. The finish came following a three sixty off the top. Post match London Riots attacked the new champs and declaired their interest in the title scene. ***

Doug Williams beat Hiromu Takahoshi
Williams replacing Norm Dar finished off Takahoshi with his rolling drama suplex in a thrilling match up. ***

Marty Scurell went over MK McKinnan via Chicken Wing submission
This was the weakest match of the night for me, just a back a fourth brawl which seem to lack a spark. Also McKinnan was quite limited in the ring, but I did enjoy his Back to the Future gimmick which is why I was routing for him! lol. **

Andy Boy Simmonz and Rampage Brown defeated Dave Mastiff and Davey Boy Smith Smiths Jr when a submission hold was reversed on Smith into a credle pin. This was a decent effort, Smith looked okay but actually did very little. The heels worked well together and Mastiff was the MVP of the match. Sloppy finish again. ***

Colt Cabana beat Sha Samuels by submission to return the British Heavyweight Title
A very heated encounter with some good wrestling and brawling which at one point spilled out into the crowd. Cabana looked the best he has for a while. There was a good fulse finish too when Samuels piledrived the champ and the ref counted three, but later noticed that Colt's foot had made the ropes. With the match restarted Cabana got the submission win within seconds. Afterwards Cabana and Darren Sturedge VS. Simmonz and Rampage Brown was signed for a future show.
****

Prince Devitt retained the British Cruiserweight Title against Jushin Thunder Liger in an emotional headliner
First off all the atmosphere was pretty special for this old school vs. new school dream match. The stage was set by Mark "Rollerball" Roco's pasonahite speech about British Wresting and its future before hand and with him having trained Liger that made it all the most speical. Both guys whipped the crowd up into a storm, the timing and pacing was spot on throughout. It was packed with stiff style moves, inventive high risk, sound mat work and dramatic near falls. The best really was saved for last. The verdict from everyone in attendice that Liger still has it! ****
