^^^I have no idea what point you're trying to make.

I repeat "Taker is NOT a product of the Attitude era" (as Straight_Edge 76 claimed above.)

So by the same logic, Hogan was a by product of the NWO-era then?

...I don't think so!

It's really hard for me to believe that the attitude era was 10 years ago. I was only 18 in 1997 when I saw WM 13! Now, in 2 weeks I'll be 30!

Attitude was a great way to get new and younger fans involved but there was too much nonsense. WWE is a better product now and even TNA for focusing on realistic storylines and wrestling.

Anyone notice how rowdy those crowds were, even for a dull opening match, the crowd ate up every minute booing the heels cheerong the faces. Maybe mindless shep-like following of the charectars are a good thing.

I got into wrestling during the attitude era. I used to be and still am a huge fan of the Hardy Boys, Edge, Christian, The Rock, HHH, Billy Gunn, Rodd Dogg, Chris Jericho amoungst others. I personally remember the matches in the tag devision with the Hardy Boys/Team Xtreme, Edge and Christian/Los Consequinces(I think) and The Dudley Boyz. I remember No Mercy 1999 the Toru invitational Hardy Boyz vs Edge and Christian, i remember Wrestlemainia 2000 and the triangle Ladder Match between the Hardy Boyz, The Dudleys and Edge and Christian but my foundest memory of all was the TLC II match at Wrestlemainia X7. So the tag team division got me hooked and to this day i prefer tag wrestling to singles but thats me for you.

I know I could get an infraction for bumping this, but I don't care:D I personally liked 2002-2004 better than the Attitude Era. The attitude era was overrated, and that's not really an insult to it. It was great. I'd like to know how many people that actually claim wrestling today sucks compared to then, actually watched the attitude era? I'd also like to point out that the majority of people who complain about WWE being aimed at kids now, were little kids themselves during the attitude era. It was good, but I'll take 2002-2004 over that any day of the week.

The attitude era was a fun time in the WWF.

However the real fun was where they stole most of their ideas from.
