Would WWE have him healine WM so soon though? This is the same guy that Vince himself was never really high on. He leaves, goes to TNA, gets over as hell, grabs a huge fan base, shoes he's a great mouthpiece, great headliner, can mainevent as both heel and face, thus Vince wanting him back. But would Vincent have him headline WM already, after not even debuting yet? Yes, they're the rumours going around about him coming into a program with Jeff, but headling, maineventing WM already, I don't think Vince would pull the trigger on that so soon. Yes he maybe at the Rumble, but participating in it and winning, I highly doubt it. If anything, if he does show up, it will be to screw Hardy out of the title, and start their two programs.

The reason that WWE never gave him that 'huge push' was because they had far better talent that they needed to concentrate on (John Cena, Batista, Edge etc.) And just for the record, Vince isn't wanting him back. His contract with TNA expired and he himself decided to head over to the WWE and made those negotiations that are still being kept secret.

Christian is an already established superstar today and so it won't be much of an issue if Vince pulls the 'trigger' so early and makes him the Royal Rumble match.

If Vince really doesn't want him back, then I'm pretty sure those "negotiations" Christian made didn't go so well.

I've searched where I read this but that was a while back so i cant find the sources on where I read this, but it was before all the talk about Christian returning to WWE. Maybe summer time or beginning of this year. So all that comes up when I look for it his a bunch of stuff about him leaving leaving TNA, and going to WWE.

But in the articles, it stated that Vince was never high on Christian, didn't think he would be a good draw, didn't think he'd make a good world champ, and more, which is why he never was and dweddled in the mid card for his carrer. They also stated that Vince has wanted Cage back every since he saw what he did in TNA, saw he was a good draw, saw he could carry the company, saw his huge fan base, saw he could work gold being heel or face, saw he was a good world champ, etc. which got Vince interested in wanting him back. It also added that with the steroid stories in the WWE, that Christians small, not big muscle guy but still good look is good.

If that doesn't indicate that Vincent Kennedy McMahon wants Christian back, then I'm stupid. And also, I highly doubt that Vince would want somebody that he doesn't want back in the company, win the rumble and headline WM (as you indicate what could happen). Me thinking that wouldn't happen, I also don't think Vince would have somebody he doesn't want back, get all this hype for his return (attaching smackdowns top face, and world champ), thus (if this is indeed all for Christians return) making him instantly a top heel on the brand.

i never really saw work of him in tna? apparently from what im reading he did something over there, so would he be big in wwe. personally if they build him up good then hell make an impact but i have a feeling theyll just screw up everything with a sad ending like they do with all there storylines :(

Couple of thoughts:

No way Christian WINS the Royal Rumble.... If anything, should he even feature in the match, Jeff will probably run-in and cause him to be eliminated.

IF Christain is at the Rumble, given the shit he's supposedly pulled on Jeff so far, I think it's more than a little likely that he'll be interfering in the Edge/Hardy match; likely costing Jeff the title in some way(*).

(*Dunno why, but something inside me is expecting the WWE title to be vacant by WM.)

I can't see how any of this leads to a title shot for Christian in the immediate future.

Personally...if Jeff is going to drop the title before Mania I really don't think it should be to Edge. Why have Edge holding the WWE title if he's going to be all wrapped up in the Hardys/EnC feud. It'll take away from the title build going into Wrestlemania.
