What a fantastic interview. CVV going from strength to strength. By far one of the best interviewers in the business.

Listened to this today. I'm always down to hear Austin talk about his career, but I must admit it's disappointing how little new ground CVV covered. I thought his questions were extremely basic, and Austin was repeatedly answering, saying "I've said this before". A majority of the information they discussed has been well covered throughout his documentaries and other shoot interviews. Definitely woulda rather he dug further with some more creative questions.

Is it me or did Austin seem not that interested unlike other interviews I've seen him do?

I haven’t watched but if he’s answering the same questions i could see him checking out of it early

Im sure all the older guys have been asked the same questions time after time after time so it probably does get old after a while.

That's basically exactly what happened. Especially starting out, it was just extremely basic, well-known info about him that they were going over, touching on things like him breaking out as Stone Cold, breaking his neck, his heel turn, his retirement match against Rock... and even later into the interview, the questions were just like "who's your best rival?" "who took the best and worst stunners?" "what do you think about wrestling today?". I'm sure he was very underwhelmed by the whole line of questioning. He did at least ask about the Cena heel run, which could have been a fresh topic to cover, but Austin basically skirted around commenting on it much. The one good nugget that did come from it is that Austin was considering bringing back his podcast, which I would like to see.

I don't see what was wrong about the interview. He may of hit a lil flustered due to it being Stone Cold but who wouldn't.

CVV is normally better than this but like others have said it’s the same questions what have been asked numerous time before.
