I’m honestly surprised that on the pay-per-view sandwiched between Halloween Havoc and Starrcade their two biggest events of the year you get a macho man versus Lex Luger match and a sting versus flair match. Those two matches alone kind of make this a better card than both of the aforementioned events.

The undercard for this show was always a shockingly good showing, and then the main event fuckin killed all momentum

There’s no way this is a coincidence either flair is wearing the WCW purple like I mentioned earlier and now stings wearing the accent WCW color of yellow and it’s very much the right shade of yellow too.

I wouldn’t even say it killed anything. I think the main event was underwhelming, considering the promise of what it was supposed to but in the end it’s just a battle royal.

You can definitely tell they had a production meeting and they were told to try to brawl between the rings as much as possible.

I used to think WCW didn’t really get really interesting after Hogan arrived until the nWo started but I’ve really gotten to appreciate 939495 WCW a lot more.

Like honestly, watching this show where there hasn’t been a single frame of the dungeon and Doom anywhere on it and I really have no real complaints about the product whatsoever.
