Though I don't disagree regarding AC/DC being overrated tbh.

They have some great singles but there is, in my opinion, no one truly great AC/DC album.

A lot of the time the other tracks just seem like filler so they'll have more than 2-3 songs on the album.

Early U2 is awesome, I agree that their newer stuff isn't as good, but I don't mind stuff like Beautiful Day etc. I was VERY into MCR last year, but have gone off of them. Paramore is my new fave as you probably knew lol

They are pretty solid across the board imo and hayley does have an awesome voice.

In terms of who i feel are overrated, I'd have to go for 50 Cent.

:roflmao:

Seriously? Lyrically overrated or as a business man overrated? Because lyrically almost everyone can agree he's not the best on the mic lol.

In general, I can't stand him at all. I'm usually OK with rappers, but he annoys the hell out of me. Most of his songs are dull. And as a business man, he gets more credit than he deserves. It might just be the suing Taco Bell thing for me.

^x2. I agree also.

As for overrated, one need look no further than Nirvana and Foo Fighters.

Lil' Wayne, T-Pain, Akon, and Soulja Boy.

Wayne shouldn't even be addressed as he is just overrated.

T-Pain, has been one of the major players of 07-09 due to his catchy hooks, and auto-tuning. I think he sounds like shit without the Darth Vader box.

Akon just hasn't proved me anything. I personally think his music mainly addresses females hence "Don't Care", and "Right Now". Although his work on stuff like "Locked Up", and his hook on "Sole Survivor" is great. He's just rated to high for me.

Soulja Boy put rap in a coma, as I don't see it dead.
