Though to be fair, I personally think in the future if someone's released and brought back, it probably should still count. My opinion on the matter

I actually agree with this not counting, as in this instance Ron Killings was never NOT employed by WWE. He was informed his contract wouldn't be renewed, but before it expired they renewed it because they realized how stupid they were being.

I guess it's fair in this case. It's not like it matters since no one took him.

Would only be a matter of debate if this happens with someone who was picked.
