I definitely think this is the best call because at this stage of his career, Eric is a vastly better heel and he’s also a great stable leader so if you’re losing Josh when you just started this new group don’t dismantle it put Eric in that leader role and let these kids go.

I said it before during the previous couple of shows, but I wasn’t really feeling the tag team with Mac and I didn’t feel like it had a direction so now I’m feeling like with Eric as a heel and in that role Mac is now going to be put in the position of feuding with the northern armory because of Josh leaving. He’s probably done with the angle now and Mac‘s gonna be slid in as the foil of the northern armory and I’m here for because it also gives Mac some direction.

I think it’d be better if Mac is just a single rider feuding against the group, but he can have some loose alliances when he needs back up, but I think he should be mostly feuding with them by himself. To eventually get Eric in a single match.

loose alliance is fine. I always hate 3 on 1 feuds because the 1 should always get their asses kicked based solely on the numbers advantage.

I wouldn’t even mind if Mac himself became the leader of a new group, but I don’t want Mac to be in another tag team if that makes sense.

Wes has done such a great job of evolving in NXT that it doesn’t really come across that He’s a former TNA guy coming back to the company.
