If this was a generic all-time tourney I'd just vote for Rock right away.

But this is 21st century only. Rock was only active for 6 of the years (2000-3, 2012-2013, and 2024). But the other years I'm unsure as I haven't seen Manami's work. As such I feel like I should refrain.

Manami's best work was in the 90s too tbf, this is the weirdest match for me. I went Manami but Rock's return runs in 2011-2012 and currently really made it a lot closer than I'd have expected. Manami's 2000s were mostly her legacy run but just gonna roll with it for this round

Hell of a legacy run though with over 1200 matches between 2000 and her retirement. If Manami ends up being the only Woman present in the 21st Century tourney, the 20th Century tourney and then goes deep in the Women's All-Time tourney, that would be just amazing to see and would be a well-deserved feat to achieve for her.

I'm giving her my vote here, but I also think that 2000-03 period of The Rock was some stellar GOAT shit and that pretty short period alone would make me not mind him going far in this tournament tbh.

I'm going Toyota. For me The Rock peaked around abour 99-00. He had some fun comeback matches though and like Hogan his impact on the biz cannot be overlooked. If I was just judging it in-ring even in his prime I don't think Rock would win. Toyota has her own important legacy too.
