We all know TNA's roster is overcrowded, it is half full of overpaid ex-superstars who do nothing for TNA's image or popularity. I have crossed out who I think TNA doesn't need, how about you?

need-1.jpg

And I've crossed out shark boy and curry man as I want them to return with NEW GIMMICKS, same with Saeed.

And yes Booker T, Sting, Kevin Nash and Team 3D are overpaid useless ex-superstars. They do nothing for me and nothing for the company.

I only wish TNA would stop letting genuine talent go like Gail Kim so that they can give Sting (who wrestlers about two times a year if that) a massive paycheque. It's disgusting.

My new roster equals = good strong FRESH roster, with enough time for everybody to shine and a few gaps to employ some new talent.

See the problem here is, you have about 19 male wrestlers for a 2 hour show. Now that isn't bad, but what happens when a few go down with injuries and whatnot, so its good to have a few guys around as insurance.

Then you X'd off BG James, however that's like Jeff Jarrett best friend and does a lot of road agent work. So i can't them them firing him. Would you fire your best friend?

I didn't really like the idea of getting rid of Christopher Daniels as Curry Man either. At least bring him back to his old gimmick.

If you take off Sting/Nash/Booker T/Steiner (all ex-wcw guys) i think it could hurt the show as well. YES, they are overpaid, but you gotta realize they are legends of sorts. People who don't watch wrestling very often, might flip through and see them and keep watching.

Taking a couple guys off the roster is fine, but you take off half it could lead to problems.

I'd take off.....

Frank Trigg
Johnny Devine (idk how he still has a job)
Hector Guerrero ( i just hate him)
Jim Cornette (as gm, Use Jeff Jarret as the gm)
Steiner
Sonjay & Sharkboy (again, i just don't like them)

If you read what I wrote I said Curry man/Shark Boy/Saeed I'd give new gimmicks that's why I X'ed them.

Legitimate points but I still think their roster could be a lot smaller than it is. I'd say it could comfortably lose up to ten people.

I seen that, but i thought you said Sharkboy/sonjay. And as far as your heading you said how many do they "need" which i guess i overlooked. You probably are right, they don't really need those wrestlers, but i think its good to have a few veterns/familar faces.

Also someone like a Rhyno, Tna really doesnt have anything for him. If you don't have anything for someone, no sense keeping them around. Give them a year off, and hope you can resign them in the future. I think that is what wwe does sometimes with their younger talent. ( Joey Mercury, Charlie Haas, Domino)

I do really like the tag team of Rock N Rave. I think TNA has done a pretty bad job of booking these two. They could be one of the top teams imo.

I'd take off...

BG James
Frank Trigg
Jimmy Rave
Kip James
Lance Rock
Raisha Saeed
Rhaka Khan
Scott Steiner
Stone Cold Shark Boy
Super Eric

Now, Super Eric I want gone, but Eric Young remains, with a real gimmick. Shark Boy needs to stop immitating Stone Cold. What they need to do is gradually tone down the SC references and instead give him his own loudmouth stuff to say. He plays a great badass, but pretending to be SC won't get him anywhere. As for Frank Trigg, isn't he supposed to be training to wrestle? I'd like to see how that goes, but if that isn't the plan, just get rid of him already. Raisha Saeed needs to be Cheerleader Melissa. Put a mask on Khan and have her play Saeed if they really want Kong to have a speaker. At least then their roles would be proportional to their wrestling talent. Rock and Rave, gimmick change.

I'd get rid of Curryman, and bring back Christopher Daniels (They're not the same guy, you know >_>). Take the mask of Saeed, and give me Cheeleader Melissa. Keep Sting, and let him do what he's wanted to do for a while.. PUT OVER THE YOUNGER GUYS (This is the booking team's fault, not Sting's).

Drop the stupid ref thing, and let Shane wrestle. I've seen him wrestle a lot in Puerto Rico, and he could be good for the X-Division. Speaking of the X-Division, get Jimmy Rave out of the Rock and Rave crap, HIRE PRINCE NANA, and let him Jimmy do his thing.. Get rid of Hector Guerrero, he makes LAX look like a joke.

Get rid of Eric Young.. PLEASE!!! And of course, Kip James. That's about it for now.

Eric Young
Frank Trigg
Jackie Moore
Johnny Devine
Kip James

Jimmy Rave(The guy has a lot of potential)

Methinks you've had some of monkeystyle's special cake.

To be fair, Roxxi has been booked HORRIBLY these past couple of months (She lost her hair for nothing!!), so there are times when she might be better off leaving TNA.

Kip James
Shark Boy
Eric Young
The Curry Man gimmick
Moose

Thats all I can think of atm. I don't see why some of you want Johnny Devine to go, he is a solid heel in the X-Division and he's a pretty good wrestler

I think TNA can lose Booker T and Sting because what do they actually do except hog screen time and gain a whole lot of no ratings.

^ I'm not the biggest Booker T fan so I have to agree with you there, but Sting is a very important part of TNA. When I went to the TNA tapings, half the people just went to go see Sting, and the sad part is he never even showed up lol

How could you guys possibly get rid of Kute Kip, Roxxi, Team 3D, and Booker T.

I would get rid of:
BG
Trigg
Scott Steiner

I'd give to gimmick:
Shark Boy 24/7
Curry Man
Lance Hoyt
Jimmy Rave
Christy Hemme
