During an appearance on The Fight Network Radio today with Mauro Ranallo, Bill Goldberg stated he was training to make a comeback in pro wrestling and hinted that it would NOT be with WWE or TNA. He noted that he had stopped training a few years back when his son was born and was now back in the gym and is interested in a one-shot deal for another match. He did not mention what promotion(s) he would like to work with.

I like Goldberg, so it's a match I would watch. Wonder who though? Will we finally see the long awaited encounter between Warrior and Goldberg? A little late, but it'll do.

I like Goldberg more since I've heard him do commentary for EXC. He seems like a decent person. I suppose one more match can't hurt. In wrestling years he's still pretty young. Goldberg vs. Ultimate Warrior, sounds like a dream match to me.

Goldberg is my favorite wrestler of all time. I would love to see him return only because I saw his short stint in WWE, never watched his WCW days, but I bet I would have loved it. Too bad he won't do WWE or TNA, that guarentees him as little money as possible, but I don't think he is going to do it for the money. I can see him fighting Warrior or Hogan. Those are practically the only two non-signed big names. Then Sid Vicious, Macho Man, maybe.

Goldberg is also my favorite wrestler of all time, and I did get to watch his WCW days, they were amazing. To be quite blunt, I would cream if he came back.

I really have no opinion if Goldberg wants to make a one time return match. Even though I'm not the biggest fan of his. I don't have a problem with him either. However, I can see TNA wanting to try and get a hold of him. Then try to keep him with the company as another former WWE/WCW talent on the top.

I don't know if he would go to TNA. He would be getting booked by Russo, and that's it. I mean they would do some crap like Goldberg's team vs. Sting's team, they manage to do some team angle every year, it's getting pretty old. If Goldberg did come back, I would only want one more match, because too much of Goldberg could be a bad thing, but one ultimate shot with Goldberg could be awesome.

Bottom line: If Goldberg is on my TV, that's awesome, if he returns not on TV, nobody will care.

Yea Peeps, I wouldn't be surprised if TNA went after everyone's good friend Braden Walker :shifty:

PCW or NWE are the only real choices. PCW seems to be booking everyone this days(Monty Brown, Ric Flair), so maybe they can afford him, and NWE can do something like RVD vs Goldberg or Goldberg vs Warrior.

All Goldberg would do for TNA is use there money and take up important TV time :p

I couldn't care less about him tbh...

I see it now

TNA hires Goldberg. He comes back and pretty much kills AJ in a crazy gimmick match. Goldberg cuts some bad promos and does some bad matches, wins the belt, drops the belt after 4 months and then leaves
