He’s currently the champion I believe of hog and he’s been doing some singles work I think in maybe GCW?

I haven’t checked any of it out yet because I was really hoping the tag team would get back together but I noticed hog just uploaded a show to Triller so hopefully if that continues, I’ll be able to check out one of his title matches.

To be fair, the original descent between Ortiz was over Santana not liking his booking in AEw and Ortiz wanting to stay because he liked the paycheck, but that’s fair. He is really liking his single stuff now.

I feel bad for Ortiz though because that’s tag team is what he had. Santana seems to be doing well but Ortiz is just gonna be Eddie Kingston’s occasional plus one when he needs a partner but otherwise will just be chilling.

He indeed is. He also is undefeated since his return, except for that very first match which was the Stadium Stampede at All In. He beat Cardona for the HOG title, had a stellar defense against Josh Alexander and beat Penta and Homicide in his last two Matches. He also is only 33... there is a lot of potential going in a direction at the moment.

Whether it’s impact or running the indies, let him do his thing and I’m sure he’ll be better of professionally
