AEW Talent frustrated finding out creative plans day of show

I personally don't feel bad for people getting good money when u know there's a chance it might happen. Plans don't need to be told to these guys either, avoid leaks. It's not fun but that's the gig if your on call. Plenty of ppl started off that way and are now tv regulars. Welcome to show biz tbh

Skye blue was an extra who only got booked in Chicago. I'm sure plenty of her matches got canceled last minute. Now she's on TV every week. Sometimes you gotta grind if you wanna get to the top

She's been with AEW LONG before Collision.

The issue isn't flying them in and not using them ever, it's doing it when they could be working to improve their craft. Pre-collision they fly in Tuesday, work Wednesday, fly out Thursday, and are free to do indies. With Collision they can't do that.

And yeah they're making money (don't know how good). But workers work. Can't get better in catering.

there is no report or proof that people are being brought in and not used ever. That's an assumption on your behalf. No one is forcing anyone to work on Saturdays. Sometimes your match gets cut, sometimes you get on national tv. When my jobs is annoying I don't go to the press. Personally think it's soft behavior and people on per appearance are free to work the indies instead. I honestly don't really see an issue with the lower card changing at times due to injuries, travel and availability. They are free to be annoyed by it, but I think at best it's a minor inconvenience with a possible gigantic pay out. I'd be keeping my eye on the prize instead of crying about it.

HELL IS NOT A MYTH
I don't think I've heard a story of anyone having to pull out of an indie date, only to arrive at the AEW show and be told they're not actually gonna be used... and I know there are AEW wrestlers doing indie shows literally every weekend... so until something comes out to actually substantiate that, it's all just reckless speculation.

Didn't Jerry Lynn confirm they tell talents plans later cause of leaks? I mean see the Hangman leak (don't blame SRS because he would have been pestered to find out too) taking away from the story they were going for.
