From what I read, all it's to do with is how much they paid the WWE to host the event there. WWE says it will harm them in future negotiations if the fee is revealed. Something along those lines anyway.

Screams to me it wasn't as much money as they really wanted so they can't brag about it to shareholders. But in turn that would let other cities see they might not need to spend as much yeah
