If the USA account wants to troll Tony Khan first over his cage match comment, Tony gets a free pass to throw back. Especially when the match you chose to do that with is a Jinder Mahal getting a title shot out of nowhere match. Just my thoughts on it.
They’re that captivating.
I didn’t even think the cagematch thing was a shot at Tony or AEW. I took it as the person running the account being snarky, much like the WWE on Fox account, who likes to troll Tony about the Jaguars from time to time.
I’d agree with you if so many people online weren’t raking Tony over the coals recently for saying AEW is the best because of their cagematch ratings.
I’m a bit out of the loop so I didn’t know he said that.
Admittedly, even I was like, why would you say that but people online were acting like it was the dumbest thing they’d ever heard.

The show airs on the network, and they are officially commercial partners to promote the program.
It was, but I also think it got way more attention than needed to because anything Tony says becomes worldwide news.

I’m not sure who specifically said that WWE specifically tweets for that account but I’m not saying that at all. My only point was that if someone who is officially partnered with the competition wants to run their mouth about my company or me specifically, I can clap back. Like if Warner Bros., TNT or TBS decided to tweet about NXT, I’d be perfectly fine if Shawn Michaels wanted to make a clap back.
If he slapped back at USA that’s one thing but he buried Jinder Mahal like he was James Ellsworth. Also no one on WWE side management wise would clap back cuz they have restraint
