Yeah, I already said that it being before your time doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy. There are people that like all kinds of different styles of music. My point was is that music from the 40s is just stylistically and artistically completely different than almost anything else you’ll hear today. It’s basically its own genre of music. And I don’t personally enjoy it.

See, this is where your snobbery comes in again. If you actually listen to some of those songs, you might actually think some of them there could be bangers. This isn’t actual theater kids. You know that right. They paired up with an actual studio with people that actually knew how to sing and recorded them professionally. When you see them singing in the theater, they just played the professional track over the television show. You’re aware of this right?

Im not saying your HAVE to like or dislike anything. Of course it’s subjective but I feel like we should still be allowed to argue points why we like or dislike certain songs. Can’t do that though I guess so fuck it

Oh, I wouldn’t argue anything subjective. My mind was just going crazy because it’s like to me I think it actually is objectively a different style of music, so that’s what I was just trying to convey.

By the way @Firefly i love Lea Michele in Spring Awakening which was the Broadway show she was in before she was in Glee. Jonathan Groff was her male lead. I think he played Jesse st John in Glee

This isn't what you do. You object when people don't like other stuff - and tell them in as many words they are wrong.
Or take on strange positions, based on your own POV of the world. No one is against your liking or disliking anything, but you have a tendency to shit on people's POV and then pretend you didn't do it

Just to be clear as my parting point. I have no issue with you arguing a style is better than another. My only issue was the idea of Glee being so bad it shouldn’t be a theme. Anyways, it was fun chatting with you. Let’s get to the voting thread.
