not gonna complain about more wrestling on tv either way
I would be curious, it's funny to think Smackdown possibly drew similar numbers on The CW, UPN and MyNetwork TV back in the day to what they're doing nowadays on Fox. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it was higher![]()
so it's not really quite an apples to apples comparison is fair to say? obv still results that are positive
I said CWAh nevermind I didn't.
CW is huge though since it's the 5th largest terrestrial channel.
Yeah, CW is a pretty big get. It's the 5th largest terrestrial channel behind FOX, CBS, ABC, and NBC. Not necessarily the most viewed but as far as availability goes, it's a top tier channel.CW is a middle of the pact channel. Not as big as Fox or TNT but as far as I know, it’s still a pretty heavily viewed channel that’s available in damn near every household. So that’s good news for the NWA. Whenever they do start airing episodes, I’ll probably check out the first few episodes and see if I’m feeling.
That is, depending on the time slot
I’d honestly call it a win if NWA can even net 250K average viewers. For both NWA and the health of wrestling as whole. That’s just another viable alternative.Yeah, CW is a pretty big get. Of course NWA isn't a major wrestling name, and depending on the timeslot and day, I really don't see it getting any thing larger than like 500k viewers.
Which for NWA standards would be huge.
Is The CW not the young and sexy channel anymore or have NWA taken a new approach to their target demo?
