Jade has improved in the ring since her debut but she's still pretty raw and basic, but WWE has plenty of resources to probably get her better faster. But yeah, this isn't too surprising. She has the look and aura of a star so it's not surprising she'd be wanting to jump to a bigger/more mainstream audience. She's grown on me but I won't be super sad to see her go. Ricky Starks, however, I will be quite sad.

yeah I agree with p much all of this. I will also see sad to see Ricky go, Jade I liked but I will mostly miss her presence as opposed to her promos or matches if that makes sense.

I could see Mark Henry going to - he brought Jade in and his role has been very diminished for a while - plus his comments after Punk left were...interesting to say the least. It's possible there is still a bit of a culture clash in AEW between certain groups
