Mainly happening in Cailfornia do to some law they passed that in simple terms says if you steal less than $1,000 than no charges or such will be brought up

I think that's just felony charges lol $1k is the limit for it to be felony theft and not a misdemeanor....stealing is still illegal and I can't believe people think otherwise even with the propaganda machines in overtime nowadays

Also if you have repeat offenders, you just do like Target does and save the videos of the thefts until said person crosses the felony limit bc they think they're getting away with it since no one confronted them, and then they're fucked by the time charges come out
