This is difficult. Roddy is the obvious choice but the HBK was so damn good as a heel in the Hogan feud and the DX stuff.

I'm going with Roddy but HBK deserves some love.

Edit - Funny story when I was a kid. I hated Edge so much that I ran around my house in excitement when CM Punk cashed in MITB on him

Pretty much how I feel too, Kurt wad a great goofy heel but I don't think I can pick that over guys that drew disdainful heat lol and JBL was good at that outside of the cheap shit too
