Man weekends are so crowded now I'm just realizing though, we joked about past ROH PPVs going against rampage bc even though that's not a big deal but not optimal, but their choices this week are going against Rampage and the most watched angle in wrestling since Roman is on Smackdown (its FS1 tho) or their new Saturday show lol
The only reason I can think why they wouldn't do Sunday is tickets won't sell as much and the ticket sales are more important for ROH revenue but that would have been so much better

while I agree with all of this, I think the other side of the coin is that ROH is niche and their small fanbase is less likely to crossover for anything else. Similar to the Impact Friday Specials conundrum
so ya I think they just forgoing any pretense that they will draw casuals, if that makes sense
I’m thinking of maaaaybe watching this, even if I got no idea about any of the storylines. Guess if I find a good stream, and if I want to skip Smackdown and Rampage I might

The Kingdom keep getting screwed by management in their eyes about not getting a two on two with the Lucha Bros who havent defended

There's like no real angles that can't be explained in 5 seconds outside of Righteous and DO. Also EC bought it so use his BR lol

Oh I don't even mean fron their stand point, I just mean from mine lmao even then tho, I think going against actual AEW programming is not optimal at all even if it's just rampage. But Friday tickets probs way better so worth it
