Don’t think this is a fair representation at all tbh. I went through in my post that you’ve replied to how he was being aggressive and for that early in the game it’s about as aggressive as you can realistically be. Calling him passive is just patently false as he wasn’t even slightly passive

passive might be an overestatement

however aggressive is not correct as well imo

we might have different measurements guages for what passive and active is. generally, do we atelast agree that we was more so on the receiving end than the leading end? aside from asking the names of players, he was not driving the thread focus in any direction.

This is also a big red flag for me too. Smark vote for starters is an easy one to sort of follow along with here without actually pushing a new point. I would have expected town Jeff to try and get more out of Magic here rather than divert over on to Smark.

The reasoning post is also preemptively defensive which seems more in line with the avoidance sort of play style I'm seeing already here. Not a fan

Not at me but I'm going to take the chance to say I have liked Holt so far. No experience with obviously but seems rational and calm without shying away which I do like. Below posts from Wang and Baldrick who are familiar also say that does fit with town meta.

He seems to be reading back and laying low. Captain Holt known as Sayer on WC seems ok for now. I am guessing he won't jump the gun on things much as he is playing with alot of people he doesn't know well besides me, Man, Baldy and rhe others who came over from WC.

Right now calm Sayer is usually a good Sayer.

Yeah i'm with Wang on Holt. Things go south quite quickly when something is up there, so seeing some calmer play at the moment makes me lean more town there.

Well that took far longer than expected....but some vieww from that hundreds of posts i've just been through.

I'm on the fence with Man, something feels off but I can't put my finger on if it's a good thing or a bad thing.

Ekko has put a lot out there, now i'm not sure if that is for information overload or being a genuine attempt at getting a proper feel for things.

Wang i'll give the benefit of the doubt to for now.

Tweet....there's something nagging there but not enough to put a vote down.

Holt...i'm ok with for now, something will no doubt coke from that one way or the other as we move forward.

This is the second time you’ve tried to tell me how to play, and I don’t think it’s a coincidence that both times it’s been due to something that I’ve said about you. I’m allowed to interpret things however I want. If I felt that you were throwing things against the wall, that’s how I read it. If I thought you were threatening to shoot someone if they didn’t unvote you, I’m allowed to think that.

You’re coming across as extremely defensive. The fact that you felt the need to claim is strange, because it’s Day One and there was two votes on you. Its not helpful for town for you to do that (assuming you are town) as mafia can use that information to their advantage now.

As for the claim itself, if you are scum, it’s a perfect way to get people to back off, as it is a helpful role for town to have, especially if we’re able to out a mafia through other means. There’s also the fear that you could put into someone for wanting to go after you.

We can find out if you’re truthful about your role, as it is one you can prove should you decide to shoot at someone. So for that reason I do believe that you are a day vig as you claim. As Smark (I think it was) said, the role is not alignment-indicative, though, so you shouldn’t be excluded from any discussion from the rest of us.

Like I'll be a big bitch if I have a super strong town role and ill refuse to claim. but I wouldn't get bored and claim off 1 as scum, id have some sort of plan. plus i wasnt in any real trouble, just as I said, didn't feel like spending the day arguing and was getting annoyed lol.
