Kind of fucking weird considering the movie is supposed to start shooting in 3 weeks but I’m sure they’ll be fine cause they always are.
I really was hoping Blade would be its own entity, but with this news I really am thinking that the director and Marvel didn't see eye to eye. I realize Blade has connections with other characters in the MCU, but I really hope they don't pigeon hole him into the universe too much.

Absolutely. Reports said that the action scenes in this new Blade are lackluster. Whether it's true or not, Raimi directed the best superhero action scenes of all time as far as I'm concerned and I would love to see what he can do there, Wesley Snipes or not.
damn I almost said get back the original guy that did blade. then saw he did league of extrodinary gentlemen so probably not that guy.
Rhodey has always been a favorite of mine. I'm really happy for Cheadle. He was great in House of Lies and can see him carrying a whole movie by himself. I hope Disney doesn't end up adding another big name like they did with Stark, Strange or Fury in the Spider-Man movies.
