Are dreams just another reality?

Hidden Blaze

Anyone else feel as if when you dream, you’re looking into another reality or something like that. Like it’s really you, but like a you in another universe or dimension or reality? Like some things they live are similar, but also different. So when you sleep, you some how are seeing the world in their eyes?

The only thing that really ruins that is sometimes you can control your dreams, so I got really nothing to explain that.

But some of the dreams I’ve had I’ve been in houses or places I’ve been before, but something is slightly different about it. Like one time recently I dreamed I was in my old house, and a tornado came, so I ran down to the basement. The only thing is, that house doesn’t have a basement. So like what if it’s another me, who lives in a world where he’s still in that house, and it has a basement?

Someone watched Dr Strange.

Ayo, this goes into string theory imo.

I feel like the there's layers of consciousness.

First one being the shit you perceive to as living, the second being unconscious thought, the third being what happens in the socalled afterlife. and the fourth being the remnant of a memory.

Because in native folklore, the person dies two deaths....one the physical, the other the memory of that person.

Never even seen it, just something I’ve thought about before, and talked about with others once upon a time. Dreams just always been something that interest me. So I’m very interested in hearing more of what you got to offer on the subject.

If it’s true then there’s a version of me out there that’s a Super Saiyan and I’m pissed I’m not living that life :sodone:

But seriously I don’t know. I do believe in the multiverse in a sense but the thought of dreams being our window into it never really crossed my mind til Doctor Strange

Whose House?!
According to Tupac they are. I always heard if you dreamed about something or someone three nights in a row that it’d come true.
