What are people's thoughts on their respective undercards being job guys or low-end talent where there are no plans yet? Or do you book your undercard to have competitive matches despite them not really getting much TV time?

I'm signing lower carders for like, potential tag teams/jobbing or just for matches.
I'm also just signing guys and gals I like
