We obviously know The Rock did it, he spent years away from the WWE and slowly transitioned to a movie career even dropping his stage name The Rock (although he was known as Dwayne The Rock Johnson for a while before that) then he got rid of it altogether. Batista is also making a name for himself outside of the WWE as Drax in two Guardians Of The Galaxy movies and did some MMA, Brock Lesnar also did some football after wrestling and MMA in the UFC too and CM Punk is doing the same (although it took him two years before he even had his first fight which he lost). I guess you can say Hulk Hogan and John Cena but they spent most of their years still wrestling, Cena is on his way out now, so he might eclipse Hogan although he's not as good as The Rock both acting and wrestling wise (but that's just my opinion). Everybody else did stuff outside of wrestling too, but aren't looked at the same way some of the other ones are like Steve Austin, who was Stone Cold in pretty much everything he did outside of the WWE, The Undertaker is always The Deadman and Triple H is always Triple H. You can't rea!!y count Ronda Rousey because she was already popular before the WWE and just joined the company not too long ago, she's still new. So my point is how come some guys got outside of the wrestling world and are popular somewhere else, but not others ?

Why should they even try to escape? Why do guys like Hogan, The Rock and Cena seem to think making movies is better than wrestling?

Professional wrestling has been the greatest joy of my life. They can go to do movies but they should show respect to the industry that made them.
