I think they are waiting to change everything when he does a turn. As of right now, no one even really knows if he is a legit face or a legit heel and he is too cocky to be a tweener so that just makes him a troll. He don't need to be all fancy but if they want him to be the face of the company, he is going to need to start wearing a shirt, a hat, shorts, and throwing said hat and shirt to the crowd...
