I'd take Bryan's statement somewhat seriously as he does have contacts in WWE and I doubt he'd say something like that without thinking. Obviously not Vinny since he isn't a reporter.

Brian has zero idea what he is talking about. He doesn't even watch much wrestling anymore. He literally has people watch for him and tell him what's going on and he shoots from the hip

AJ is on Smackdown. That alone should tell you he is not in the main event at mania. RAW will main event mania 9 times out of 10

I can't see anyone on the current RAW roster that is capable of having an above average +++ match other than Owens,Rollins, Jericho, Zayn and Balor. Odds are none of them will be involved with the Main event.

Not saying no one currently in WWE can pull it off. I think it'd have to be really good story telling though.

Well to be fair its entirely subjective. If you're going by what would get a five star rating from Meltzer I'm not sure, if you threw The Revival and American Alpha out there to headline a Mania (Which they wont obviously) then it probably could hit five stars.

Meltzer seems to factor the build and promos into it as seen with Punk/Cena and I doubt Cesaro could hold that one up.

Meltzer also hand out 5 stars to the young bucks like it was candy. He has his obvious biases. Very few WWE matchups would be able to get anything close to 6 stars from Meltzer since it just isn't a product he prefers. To Dave's credit he acknowledges that he has stuff he prefers most of the time.

Bryan refuses to admit that Miz is a good wrestler because he doesn't think Miz deserves to be married to Maryse
