Regal is the perfect fit for Raw GM - He's great on the mic and when he's on there aren't too many more that are better. He has that no nonsense attitude where he can play a great heel but also he can take no BS from the heels and make for some great TV time. Maybe this is the start of a permanent position for him. I sure hope so cause I can't stand Coach. I mean he literally makes my skin crawl and I think he sucks on the mic and doesn't deserve any air time.

When Regal used to be 'WWE Commisiner' he was awesome....what I think should happen is:He wins the IC belt, has a nice long reign and has a bunch of 5 star matches...then after he stops wrestling he becomes Raw GM.He fits in the role like a glove.

Well, not to doubt his wrestling ability (because that is great) but he doesn't really have the charisma in the ring to keep me tuned in (no offense). But as a heel GM, he would be perfect. He's definitely got the arrogant "I'm sophisticated and better than you, and that's why I'm in charge" attitude.

He'd make a great GM. Come on u can't forget he was once the Commissioner and in my opinion he did one hell of a job so he would fit right in a GM of Raw.

i would love to see him as Raw GM. i think both brands need to get back into the whole Brand Competition thing. always trying to outdo each other. that means both brands get full time GMs (Vickie and Regal) and they go head to head every week. like Steph and Bischoff but a bit newer and fresher.

Regal would be a great Raw GM, He is great on the mic and could make a good heel or face GM, Regal would be great to have as the raw GM, It would be entertaining with William Regal as GM seeing him on Raw this week making the Beat the clock matches was great and Regal is the man for the job not the coach.

Regal would be a great Gm only as heel. He's very natural on the mic and amusing. The only problem is he has no momentum going into the role. They could do with making him turn into a heel in a big storyline and then make him Gm to screw someone over.

He's got a british accent, so of course he deserves to be Gm

yes, I think he was entertaining and made a great GM. Besides, WWE probably wont push him anyway...

I reckon William Regal could be a great GM but then what would RAW do with Jonathan Coachman? Cos, as much as i hate him, they won't take him away from his management position.

I think when regal retires which could be in the next 2 years or so he would be a good gm. Like i said before if hes taking it easy he should be co gm with coach and half way through a match he can change the rules etc.

He would fit perfectly as a GM. Its just a matter of time intill he becomes the GM of Raw. As for Jonathan Coachman I hope he becomes the next Todd Grisham where all the superstars puch him around and make fun of him.
