Daily Wrestling News recently reported that WWE officials have been quietly putting together on an all-women's tournament for the WWE Network. You can read more at this link.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter confirmed those plans and added that the idea would be to mix current talent with non-roster talent.

There have also been talks about a second annual Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic in NXT and on the WWE Network. The inaugural event, won by Finn Balor and Samoa Joe, was a great success for the WWE Network.

WWE is going for that tournament money. What do you guys think? True or nah? What do you expect etc. etc.

The tag team classic has been confirmed since the first one when they talked about it being an annual thing on screen. Only thing I am wondering over is how it was a "great success" for the network. There weren't any specials dedicated to it, rather matches just took place on NXT TV and a Takeover. Which do good numbers for the network by itself. How did they measure that?

Maybe it's just a general consensus from reviews, fan feedback and NXT ratings that the tournament was good for business (no pun intended)
