lol I never said it "wouldn't make sense", just that Owens was a better fit because of the compatibility of their characters (plus the fact that there's nothing that could make Owens look more bad-ass than winning or even just surviving a knock-down drag-out fight with Lesnar, the most feared competitor in WWE history.) It's not like there's anything about Wyatt's style of performing in the ring that makes him a patently more believable candidate for beating Lesnar over Owens.
"Seems off" or "doesn't make sense".... Kind of similar. The fact that Wyatt has a polar opposite style of lesnar is enough for me to think he should beat Brock over Owens. It would make more sense to me as lesnar seemingly gets thrown off by his awkward style. Lesnar thrives in brawls..this, having Owens beat him in his own game seems, well, worse than bray beating Brock.

It's all opinion. But idk. Wouldn't mind either of them beating him.

In reality nobody beating Lesnar makes sense. You gotta suspend disbelief little buddy.
Lol we all know reality... That's why I said Wyatt, in the world of WWE, beating Brock would be better.

Seems Off = I'm not sure about it or completely sold on it (in this case, that he would necessarily be the best choice.)
Doesn't Make Sense = It's an illogical or improbable scenario to even consider.

And please explain what about Bray's style would make him a tougher adversary than Owens? They both have a good number of moves in their repertoire that are hard-hitting, impact moves. Their gimmicks and personalities and how they're presented are contrasting, but otherwise, it's not like they have radically different styles in the ring when you break it down. The difference (one of them anyway, can't be arsed typing all of them out) is that Bray Wyatt has sort of fallen by the wayside a bit unfortunately, whereas Owens is still a fresh(er) prospect who has already done what Wyatt didn't and beat Cena in his first-ever encounter with him. That, and as I said before, he and Brock have not-too-different personalities that would make for an interesting rivalry.

At the end of the day, it's all kayfabe, so depending on how they book it and the story leading up to it, either guy can beat Lesnar. I just have a preference of Owens for a number of different reasons.

In other words, they can mean one in the same depending on how it's meant and the context. There's no exact definition for those phrases. Plus, in your opinion, it makes sense for KO to face Brock, not Bray. Thus, it doesn't make sense for Bray to face him.

Any ways, you said, "And please explain what about Bray's style would make him a tougher adversary than Owens? They both have a good number of moves in their repertoire that are hard-hitting, impact moves. Their gimmicks and personalities and how they're presented are contrasting, but otherwise, it's not like they have radically different styles in the ring when you break it down. Bray would be tougher, as I eluded to above, because he's the opposite of Brock. Bray's style would throw Brock off. Bray seems semi wreck less. Not a typical brawler or wrestler. He's very uncanny and unpredictable. Not saying that KO is predictable. But he's simply a smash mouth wrestler. Bray is creepy, off beat, will literally just throw his body at you, and play crazy mind games, even in a match. Plus, I think the feud would be fun to watch because of the promos.

I know Bray has fallen off the bandwagon because of WWE and that's why this will never work....but, since this is hypothetical and I'm pretending that everything was going according to plan with Bray, Bray would be the better option. But that's just me.

Bottom line is KO has been booked like a god whereas Wyatt has been toiling in booking fuckery for a while now. KO is a much more believable dude to beat him in kayabe right now. Wyatt has lost to a bunch of dude's on the roster while KO has lost to nobody and beaten Cena cleanly. Nobody does that shit, it is easy to build him as a threat to beat Lesnar. Nobody would buy Wyatt as a threat at this point, and honestly a feud of Brock overselling being creeped out by Wyatt's cryptic bullshit sounds horrible. Steen vs Heyman on the mic on the other hand sounds legendary.

How about this, KO squashes Wyatt on his way to going over Bork at Mania

edit: Edgefuck you make it seem like an impossibility to book KO vs Lesnar but it is really easy. Have KO go on a tear and he calls out Lesnar, who ignores his challenge and does something else at the Rumble.. Steen continues winning/calling out Lesnar, who eventually accepts, but is cocky and doesn't give Owens a chance. He beats the fuck out of Owens, eventually F5'ing him and not going for pins, and KO can fight back from there and that can be Brock's undoing. It doesn't have to be KO just fucking up Brock lol, millions of ways to sell KO as a tough bastard while giving BRock the L without making him seem like a pussy.

Listen, kid who probably still jerks it in his mother's basement, I never said it's an impossibility to book KO and Brock. I just would've, at one point in time, preferred Wyatt. But, yes, they've ruined Wyatt. Realistically, since we're taking about who's beating Brock clean....we all fucking know it'll be Reigns. So what's the point of this discussion if I can't give my opinion? lol

I like KO; quit trying to belittle that. KO and Brock would be fun to see.

Listen, dude with an ugly girlfriend, I get finer bitches than you and that is factual
haha, with an ugly GF....sounds like some sour grapes from a punk ass kid who can merely talk shit on a forum. Love to see this in real life, bro. How old are you? Like seriously?

Many, many men disagree with you, including me about her looks. But, you're entitled to not only be wrong, but be a bitch. :) I remember why I blocked you now...Just an annoyance on the forum that's stuck around for a while so you get some props. But ultimately, all you do is fucking add fuel to a non existent fire and then throw the match; you do this I bet because, as I stated above, your a bitch. That's fact, buddy.

If by finer bitches you mean just "hot ones;" I'm sure in some pathetic way you've managed to lay a few that are classless, sure. But, I've spent enough time not only going after and getting "hot ones", but I've moved onto class and beauty. Things you don't know about yet because you don't know real life yet and have no hair on your little sac.

attached is someone with beauty and class. and the other is what I would like while I beat your ass.

Enjoy being an idiot Dolph. You won't be missed.

And Bray Wyatt is?

Don't get me wrong, I'd love a feud between him and Brock, because Bray playing mind games and giving philosophical promos about how Brock is just as weak mentally as he is strong physically (just word that in an enigmatic way that doesn't sound too much like psychobabble) and then inwardly trying to tear away at Brock's psyche would be pretty cool, but him beating Lesnar seems off.

Kevin Owens would be a better fit imo because their styles are similar and a lot of folks are of the perception that he's the closest thing to another Brock Lesnar since Brock Lesnar himself burst onto the scene in 2002. Not to mention a couple of other little minuscule similarities as well (Owens referring to himself as a prize fighter, etc.) His weight shouldn't be an issue, nothing stops a guy with some pounds on him from being a bad-ass.

You're missing my point completely. If you are an expert on Shakespeare quotes and I, too, am an expert on Shakespeare quotes who has the edge?
The person with the higher IQ and has been reading Shakespeare longer has the edge. It would be illogical for Steen to defeat Lesnar since Lesnar wrote the book on aggression (so to speak).
Lesnar cannot figure out Wyatt because he hasn't the capacity to do so. Wyatt will find loopholes and creative scenarios that would throw Lesnar off.
Heyman could help, but one thing Paul Heyman is not is weird. The weirder Wyatt would become the bigger the edge he could potentially obtain over Brock Lesnar.

Again its like Einstein vs Hawking. Hawking has an IQ of 160, while Einstein was somewhere between 160-190. Einstein is a master, Hawking is the student.
In terms of physics, the two could be neck and neck but Einstein's fundamentals would beat out Hawking because Einstein served as the template for the majority of Hawking's work.
I'm not implying, Hawking is sh*t just that Einstein would put Hawking to shame in any masterful discussion about physics.

Wyatt is a complete afterthought at this point lol. I haven't seen his name mentioned on the forum in FOREVER. wtf has he been doing? He is old news, Steen is a much more believable choice. And like Lock said, everything you say about Steen is just as true or more true about Bray. Bray has never put on a brawl like Steen has in his life.

Point taken, though I don't believe Lock mentioned a time frame. Steen is flavor of the month, not unlike when Wyatt first debuted.
WWE has an ugly habit of filling a balloon with hot air only to let it slide to the ground slowly because the company is terrible at maintaining a talent's momentum.
Countless debuts and only Seth Rollins has seemed to have any steady momentum This only occurred because HHH insisted upon it.

I gave my logical deduction on Wyatt. This is a flaky business and its all make believe (as you've said). If WWE really wanted Stardust defeat Lesnar, than he would.
I don't see Steen in that particular capacity. I've been conditioned to believe that Lesnar can only be defeated either by luck or out maneuvering him somehow.

If Steen did beat Lesnar, fine. I really wouldn't p*ss about it. He has talent and a boatload of potential. He simply isn't my initial pick.

lol I don't even take IQ's very seriously. Human intelligence is a complex thing, to me anyone who truly believes that a person's whole innate, raw brain power can be measured and quantified by a mere test (no matter how intricate and well put together the test is) is being very moronic and naive in my eyes. And for the record, Einstein never even officially took an IQ test. Scientists are merely estimating what his IQ likely was by comparing him to like-minded individuals, but that's a very flawed methodology to say the least.

In regards to Brock Lesnar vs Bray Wyatt/Kevin Owens, I think you're being very over-analytical about why Owens wouldn't be able to defeat Lesnar, and as far as Wyatt is concerned, he can play mind games and be as weird and eccentric as he wants to be, but if what he has to dish out against Lesnar in the ring isn't enough to put him down, then it just ain't happening. I don't see Brock being too impressed by Wyatt's spider-walk that he inherited from watching The Exorcist too many times either.

Anyway, may as well agree to disagree since I can clearly tell we each have our positions that we aren't gonna budge on.

I'll set the wrestling debate aside since its of little consequence anyway.
I would, however, seek to clarify my position on the IQ debate. This isn't a retort but rather a clarification to a point you brought up.
An IQ is useless if the person has no foreknowledge of a particular stimulus.
I'm reminded of a show called 'Smart Guy' where a mere child had some ridiculously high IQ number. Despite his IQ, he had trouble with psychoanalysis.
You're correct, an IQ cannot replace clinical experience and hypothetical testing. Most children lack those two things yet can have IQ's extending beyond 150.

It's all conjecture and there really isn't any benefit to continue debating topics with a massive gap of missing information and subjectivity.

Sounds like a cop out, but alright. To each his own. Enjoy being right, Bret.
