not enough orton for my liking

with bryan gone, they need orton now more than ever lads
How does that make any sense? When Bryan wasn't injured he was the WWE Champion for most of his main event run that began in August of last year. Even when he lost the belt Bryan and Kane's feud was on par with Evolution vs The Shield. After that he had a main event match at MITB and at Battleground. Same stuff for SS and RAW.

Raw was awesome. It wasn't without its low points, but even the greatest shows sometimes have their negatives. What do you expect from a show that has to put out three hours of content every week.

-Can anyone cut a passion and emotionally-fueled promo like Paul Heyman can? Truly one of the best on the mic ever and it was proven once more last night. For anyone wondering why guys like Ryback, Axel and Cesaro didn't take off even with Heyman as their manager, this is why - they never let him pull full effort into cutting promos for them like he's done with Brock. (Of course, Curtis Axel was also a charisma vacuum, but that's another topic.) If you made a top five list of the greatest WWE promos of the year so far, every single one of them would belong to Heyman.
Heyman's promo was shite. I can't believe you were entertained by that hogwash.
I expect three hour shows to be better. There are plenty of people, including yourself, who could book the dumb sh** better.

You have a really, really, really high standard for promos, and will possibly never be entertained by one to fit your standards.

That may be true, but Heyman's promo was still shite.
It was generic and wasn't anything different than something I could have predicted word for word.
Each of his promo's are relatively easy to format. He'a a promoter and a 'hum-drum' promoter at that.
You may not notice, but his promos are very vanilla.

Heyman's promo wasn't that good after I started reciting it and zoned out. The main event was pretty entertaining tho.

yeah, but would they put money in the till like Orton does
Hell in the Cell, Battleground (2013), Survivor Series and TLC have some of the worst buy rates in WWE history. All were main evented/headlined by Randy Orton...

Well, where we are with WWE means "3 good segments" = "7/10 Raw".

It would be higher but the Bella Twins forced me to take a show I was excited for going in and turn it off within 10 minutes. Get them off my TV.

Anyway after fast-forwarding through that garbage, the 3 segments were of course the main event which was not only incredible, but very different and extremely exciting. About time WWE took a chance with someone. Popped for the Rusev/Mark Henry segment big time (I WASN'T TALKING TO YOU!) it's amazing when they have an amazing talker and let him talk. And then there was the Heyman promo which was just another great Heyman promo. Ho-hum. The rest of this show (6-man tag, Ziggler/Miz II... well Show/Henry vs Rowan/Harper was good for what it was) largely blew, but this is Raw we're talking about. It's like the Divas' division stretched to 3 hours at this point, if you get ANYTHING it's suddenly the greatest thing ever.

Small shoutout to Ric Flair for the best legends' cameo since I've joined this site. Ric Flair should be the new Ron Simmons and just randomly "WOO!" all shitty WWE comedy segments.

Orton puts money in the till

Look at the business they do everytime he is champ, and guess why that is? Because he does what it says on the tin, and wrestles.

WWE are wasting their time, they need to relaise one thing. They need to motivate Orton, otherwise he will coast, the smartest always get jaded when the world does not motiavte them. Bryan was a great rep for us wrestling fans, we are the underdig against others in society, just like him. But Orton is the best, as well all know.

Just get rid of Cena, and let Orton feud with Brock

Of to the races lads
