Vince as ECW champ

That was a pretty big shocker, and now as i look at the raw preview we will see RVD vs Umaga.

Why would they put the belt on vince i asked myself?

I started to think more, and it gave me some ideas for Vince's direction

1) Vince only holds the belt for a month or so to lose it to lashley. Most likely case, yes. Boring...yes. Im not big on it.

2) Vince holds the belt, and begins a fued with RVD with his contract on the line. Title vs Contract. This match could be huge. Ultimately this could be the final crushing blow to RVD career in the wwe. Or it could begin a new begining. None the less the wwe needs to set a decision day, and see what RVD is goin to do. I could see vince beating RVD and ending his career. What would lashey be doing all of this, well probably be on Raw. If RVD does win the title, he would likely drop it to CM Punk or Burke before vacation.

Im think the second case if much more entertaining. But we will see. I almost wanted to see Umaga get the pin, but oh well.

Anyone think Randy Orton could be ECW bound to help vince?

I am glad to see Vince champ, last time I wasn't so lucky. If only he had hair. I don't want a sickass fued with Lashley, maybe with individual ECW originals would be sweet. There are so many possibilties, but I don't want his ass on RAW.

Dude like I already said, Shane should of totally won instead of Vince. No one is more 'hardcore' than him and not even the old ECW fan guys could deny that it would make so much more sense and he could actually make legit title defenses. Shane vs. RVD Extreme Rules, would be an amazing match. I don't see the point of Vince having it unless he passes it to Shane or some shit on RAW, which I'm hoping. As for Lashley, send him back to SD to be next to feud with Taker.

I do think that the originals will be fueding with Vince (hence the confrontation @ Backlash). Now this is definitely a good move as it will get the title towards someone who actually deserves it.

i knew this was gonna happen since the milan raw and i placed my bet on vince's monkeyass . ecw is going down soon so we have to think from that point of view . i expect some form of alliance against ecw for a couple of months .then ecw wil be gone 4ever .

I hate the whole catastrophe! Vince as ECW champ?! I mentioned this in another thread too. It's pure garbage and it just feels like Vince's sad attempt to bury ECW. Trouble is, it's HIS ECW that he's mocking.

I really hope Lashley goes to get surgery,then goes to RAW or SD! and stays the fuck away form ECW and Umaga,mLashley was shoved down our throghts and that was helping kill his carrer.Vince winning the ECW title is a genius move and should bring about a great storyline NOT involving bobby lashley.

Sad part is the WWE gave Lashley a mega push. Nearly 5 months as the ECW Champion, he defeated numerous people, including Kennedy and Orton in a Tables Match. And what for? I hope to God that the injury is not real or serious and this storyline continues on with Lashley winning out and getting the ultimate push. It makes no sense to put over Vince, none.

If they want to put good attention on ECW, how about putting the title on RVD or Elijah Burke or someone else. I still think no good can come of this.
