NXT Star to replace Roman Reigns?

The feeling is that when Roman Reigns turns babyface and splits from The Shield, likely in February, that he will be replaced with a new member in the group. Mason Ryan’s name has been discussed.

I hope they drop this idea, after Roman turns face The Shield should just completely disband, or Rollins and Ambrose should stay together as a tag team.

Agreed. I'd rather see them in singles action rather than keep the group thing going for the foreseeable future. Hope that isn't true, or that they change their minds if it is true.

Just saw this on Facebook. Lol, official group replacement Mason Ryan returning!

Don't see this as a possibility though really. I think when Roman breaks away from the group, Seth Rollins and Ambrose start fighting at each other too after losing to Roman Reigns. The group is just gonna be over afterwards, no replacements or anything.

I would prefer if The Shield just disbands once Reigns or someone else goes face. The major appeal of the group is because of the three of them being in it together. They make a great team together and I don't think it would look right with another superstar taking Reigns' spot. If they want to keep The Shield going without Reigns, I hope they just keep it with only Rollins and Ambrose and don't try to add another person to it.

I can't claim to be a Terry mark. I don't see the problem with Ryan. I don't think he is destined for greatness but he can be a big guy for the mid card pretty easily.
