I can see Wade walking the streets, and going to homeless people and saying I've got some bad news for you, your not good enough to hold a job, and you smell like put on urine Lotion everyday of you life.Go all the way with this WWE, take Wade to the streets.
I've got bad news for you. You seem to forget that "your" is possessive and the proper term you should have used was "you're". You are now held back from the 5th grade. :badnewsbarrett:

I actually enjoy this gimmick. I see nothing wrong with it, as long as they don't make him into a jobber. I say give this gimmick a chance in the midcard, have him go over a few guys and give him more segments for weeks to come.

Wow, Wade has changed. All I can say is it seemed gracefully familiar to promos I used to watch on the Indy circuit. He spoke very well and is body posture impressed me. Speaking in front of the crowd was a nice touch, especially if its his first time (I don't know much of the goings-on) Wade is very talented and I hope its paid off since I've seen him last.

He's been off TV for about 4 months.

I enjoyed the hell out of it and actually had a little marking-out moment when he came on as "Bad News Barrett" (I like the JBL and Cole Show...so sue me...hell, it's the first time in years I've given a damn about Hornswoggle).

I hope they stick with it and see where it takes him.

Just realized this is the perfect gimmick for Ryback to do.

Love how with so many people on the roster they never bother giving them a gimmick or any kind of character and expect them to get over, with Barrett they've tried a whole bunch of silly things when he seems great at simply being a prick.

The only positive on this shit is it gives JBL another reason to be an asshole.

They've officially changed his name on wwe.com to Bad News Barrett. Will he get Bad news Brown's glove and "I don't give a fuck" gimmick?

Well, at least they're doing something with the guy. Not that he needs to work a gimmick to get over, anyone who has seen his promos with the Nexus knows that, but hey, at least he's on TV again.

What's he gonna do bro, just go out there week after week, being a prick and insulting people? Big whoop. How many times has Barrett "flopped" so to speak? He CAN'T get over bros

Barrett, to me at least, sort of falls into the same category that Rainman puts Drew Mcintyre into.

3 years ago when I saw WB he stood out on the roster because it was filled with a bunch of has beens and never will bes. Meanwhile today the roster is overflowing with talent, many of which have been called up over the past two years and many who, sorry to say, outshine Barrett.

He was a killer leading Nexus but WWE dropped the ball (shocking) and now he will honestly never amount to much IMO. sadly. I really, really dug the guy.

The guy's such a good talker though. There's not many who's been able to do as much with as little as Barrett did, hell, the "Barrett Barrage" crap worked with him. He's definitely above the Miz/Mcintyre group, wouldn't complain at all about a push. But it still feels like it's a waste pushing an older Barrett over some guys you could get a little more mileage out of who are much better workers (now that that apparently matters)

Also was I the only one getting Matt Morgan flashbacks when he was talking about winning the undisputed title on Smackdown?

I bought the gimmick of him being a straight badass, him saying that stupid catchphrase all the time didn't hurt... then again as a fan a simple catchphrase wasn't going to ruin Koskey's Smackdown when heels were getting pushed for the first time in forever (the Henry/Rhodes/Barrett trio).

There were reports of him winning the Rumble around that time (when this site was launched) before he got injured, and we all bought into them. (In hindsight it was Sheamus all along)
