Only actual risk in that deal is KIF taking a injured Matthews.

Ladies and gentlemen, Kendrick Perkins, one of the worst players in the NBA this season, has been added to a roster.

healthy 1st round pick for an injured 7th rounder. that's actually worse than the infamous psych rape of last season.

seriously this needs to be vetoed. you dont trade the guy you drafted 11th for the guy that went 86th plus a waiver wire guy. that is unacceptable rape even if Wesley was healthy. Seriously KIF, at least pay attention to shit before you just do a deal or just straight up ignore GA as he has probably tried to rape you in literally all his offers.

at first I thought it was kawai and Wesley which I was sort of alright with, but not Ed Davis and Wesley for Millsap. Its even worse that fucking GA comes off as a super douchebag by stating this is a risk for him in any way, he does this with all his trades as if he doesnt realize he is winning big.

Millsap isn't even worth Millsap at the moment but you guys are probably right.

true, i'm looking at the game logs, and millsap has been underperforming more than i had thought. hmm... still rape, but if matthews was healthy, and davis wasn't guaranteed to lose all his minutes when bargs returns, it wouldn't be so bad.

Millsap knows his time as the Jazz's starting PF is coming to an end soon.

The Jazz should get rid of both Millsap & Jefferson and let Favors & Kanter develop.

He's also in a contract year. IT's not like he's just quitting on Utah.

I mentioned him being traded to Houston earlier as a joke, but that seems like it would be a great place for him. I doubt Houston has anything that Utah wants, but Lin/Harden/Parsons/Millsap/Asik would be fantastic. Perhaps Houston would give up Parsons in a deal for him.

IDK, this is just me playing armchair GM.

Idk what Utah would get from Houston for Millsap. Houston doesn't have any picks soon IIRC, and as far as players go, I'm pretty sure Utah would want at least Terrence Jones and Parsons.

Houston is playing really well now though so I don't see them needing to trade for Millsap, especially when they just can sign him during the offseason. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
