I voted for Rocky and I hate myself for doing it... Groundhog Day is in my top 5 favorite movies to watch but I can't deny Rocky is the better film, arguably the best sports movie of all time

Groundhog Day by a million miles. More entertaining, with much better acting. It is a timeless comedy, have never seen the appeal of Rocky.

Agreed on everything Keith said. Rocky is very dated and overrated by today's standards.

I am a fan of both movies but I had to go with Groundhog Day. I watch that movie a few times each year and it never gets old, great great story.
