Carlito

Carlito won the US title on the October 7th 2004 Smackdown from John Cena. He lost the title back to Cena on November 18th 2004 on Smackdown.

Konnan

Konnan won the US title from One Man Gang on the January 29th 1996 WCW main Event. He lost the title to Ric Flair on July 7th 1996 at Bash at the Beach.

I went with Konnan because Carlito had a nothing title reign that was only notable because he won it in his debut match on the brand.

Something here told me to go with Carlito. He made had had a small reign, but I have to admit, I loved watching him win it from Cena in his debut, and then his feud with Cena was great. I've always been a Carlito fan.

Went with Carlito. Could never stand Konnan and he was given the belt way to early, most people had no idea who he was. Then again same could be said for Carlito.

Voted Carlito, always loved him as a wrestler and on the mic. He was entertaining, sucks he left WWE because he refused to go to rehab.

Would love him back one day

When Carlito came in he was a great talent, and I think the way WWE booked his shock title win over Cena was very effective, also like SCott I have never been a Konan fan.
