I haven’t played with Juice before. From what I’ve gathered on comments to their meta it’s hard to tell if they have an agenda or if their thought process just doesn’t make sense/actually turns on a dime out of nowhere.

Jobber literally claims census results saying there is a 3rd indie. There HAS to be a third indie. Bc Town Jobber wouldn’t lie about his census.
