Hart won the Vacant US title on the July 20th 1998 Nitro by defeating DDP. He lost the belt to Lex Luger on the August 10th 1998 Nitro. He won the title back from Luger on the August 13th Thunder. He lost the belt to DDP on the October 26th 1998 Nitro. He won the title page from DDP on the November 30th 1998 Nitro in a No DQ match. He lost the title to Roddy Piper on the February 8th 1999 Nitro. He won his 4th title from Goldberg on the October 25th 1999 Nitro. He lost the title to Scott Hall on the November 8th 1999 Nitro in a four way ladder match also involving Sid Vicious and Goldberg. He won his 5th US title from The Miz on the May 17th 2010 Raw in a No DQ, No Countout match. He Vacated the title on the May 24th 2010 Raw when he became GM.
Barry Windham
Windham defeated Nikita Koloff in a tournament final on May 13th 1988 in Houston, Texas to win the vacant title. He lost it to Lex Luger on February 20th 1989 at Chi-Town Rumble.
