The Thing should have beat Michael Myers, don't get your hopes up.
The Elite 8 is set, only ones outside of the top 8 seeds are Pinhead (justice bc I bumped him down to 9 to add "Scary Movie killer" points to Ghostface I'm thinking), and 10 seeded Dracula so no real cinderellas here but I didn't expect any lol Also JUST realized that unless there's an upset this round one of the final four matches will be....Freddy vs Jason

If we actually separated Michaels from the different timelines, I could vote for him, but I hate all his versions after 1998 so I can’t do it.
I mean by my logic I think you can personally do that. I haven't seen A LOT of the sequels for A LOT of horror series so I can't even factor them in myself lol I'm mostly voting on peak + a little bit of overall impact and then a lot of simply how cool I think they are lol
I don’t even mean not liking sequels or anything.
Rob Zombie’s Michael Myers is a different character from any of the ones that follow John Carpenter’s first one and to me the Michael from the new trilogy is also a completely different character from Halloween 2 and any sequels that follow that film since OG Michael was pretty defined by the blood relationship he had with Laurie. Michael that chases after a girl he met 40 years ago because she dropped off a key is not my thing.
Btw this is just me ranting about not liking all the Halloween retcons that are useless. Not knocking the tournament at all. I just don’t like Michael anymore.
But I think Leatherface should win regardless so I wouldn't deter you from voting in that direction
