Powers that Be. I don't think I've voted for Zombie in this tournament yet, but he keeps advancing.

Zombie was just pointless but at least short lived, Powers that Be did far more damage to WCW.

When was Bischoff in PTB? I remember him and Russio together during the Millionaires Club VS. New Bloods feud but thought he was gone from WCW before that.

When the Powers that Be were revealed it was Russo and Bischoff leading to that feud. He wasn't actually ever in it but they explained it as if he was.
